Cute Cat Night Light

I have a cat lover friend who has a small child who also loves cats so I thought I'd buy her this this colour changing cat shaped night light. This night light from OneFire has a child friendly outer skin made of soft silicone, is rechargeable and has a 7 colour stable or colour changing cycling mode.

The cat night is quite cute and the silicone outer skin is nice, soft and squidgy to touch, once charged via a USB port via a laptop, games console, USB mains adaptor plug etc the red charge light turns green. To initially turn on the night light touch the power button on the base then it can be controlled by the remote control or by tapping or squeezing the night light. One tap/squeeze turns the light onto a 50% brilliance white light. A second tap/squeeze and you get a 100% white light brilliance whilst a third tap/squeeze starts the colour change cycle mode. If you then want a stable colour for the cat night light tap or squeeze the night light when it cycles to the colour you require then another tap/squeeze turns the light off. This tap/squeeze control would be ideal for smaller children but if you use the supplied remote control you have added functions such a being able to choose a different method of colour cycling such as flash or strobe, plus you can choose a stable colour for the night light by simply pressing the coloured button on the remote controller. 

The stated time for a full charge is between 3 to 4 hours, the charge LED is red when charging and turns blue when fully charged, the stated operating time from a full charge is between 10 - 35 hours depending on which level of brilliance and lighting mode you are using. If you forget to charge it you can also run it from something like a power bank if the child needs the night light as comforting mechanism.
