Nice set of resistance bands

I started doing workouts from videos and needed a set of resistance bands and was able to find these on RankBooster (always great to find what you actually NEED).  The resistance range is from super easy GREEN (I wouldn't do anything too close to the face with this band is not as strong as the others) to super hard BLACK bands.  Most are very durable but as I said, be careful about how you use the green band as to not get too close to the face or eyes in case it breaks (I have had this happen before *ouch*.

All in all, this is a very nice set in which I have been using every day for the last week.  They come with a nice bag so that you can take them with you to the gym, park, beach or wherever you'd like to use them.
