TODDLERS CAN DOODLE ANYWHERE

~ What ~
Made of ABS, this board is for ages three years and older who enjoy drawing. With the dimensions of 14.96″ by 11.02″ by 1.6″ and a screen size of 7.87″ by 5.9”, there are 4 colored zones behind the screen that can be erased by moving a slider at the bottom back and forth. A carrying handle, attached pen, and 4 snap stamps are included. Instructions are on the box.

~ Why ~
Since I will be visiting our 2-year-old grandson next month, I thought this would be a fun art project he could grow into when traveling in a car since his older cousins have similar ones. With this board, he can improve his hand/eye coordination as he learns to draw, locate colors, and erase his artwork. I like that a yellow rope attaches the pen, and the stamps in heart, circle, triangle, and flower shapes can be easily used and stored on the board.

~ Why Not ~
Some may not like that the colors are predetermined on the screen, so cannot be altered. Others may not like that the board itself is only offered in 2 colors of pink/blue and yellow/orange. There are some who may expect the drawings to look like they have been filled in by a colored marker, but they are not as vibrant as the photographs online and look more like those marks of a crayon.

I wish there were a way to change the background colors.

If you are looking for a simple erasible drawing board that includes 4 colors built into it when drawing, this may be a good choice for beginner artists.
