Super, super impressed with the radio function!!

Well, let me start by saying, I ordered this on 12/1 and it was supposed to be a gift for Christmas but it arrived long after the fact.  It was shipped from China and arrived by USPS in a lightly padded, plastic envelope.  The envelope itself was fine, the plastic box the speaker was in was damaged (the speaker seems to be fine though).  It actually looks like it could have been returned by someone else.  Normally all of this would be a solid reason to return something but I decided to try it out first, see if it would be useful to me, and I am very glad I did!

I charged it for a while and was trying to hook it up to my laptop but I couldn't get it to work.  When I turned it on, while taking a closer look at it, I found out it was an FM radio too.  Yes, it says it in the description, but I didn't even notice (I was looking for a speaker for a Christmas present).  Now the reason I'm still giving it a five-star rating is because of the radio!  Two years ago I bought a $70 shelf stereo with a cd player only because I wanted a radio for my house.  $70 and the radio didn't even work here - I live too far out in the country and in a valley.  But this tiny little thing, that fits in the palm of my 5' 2" frame hand, kicks butt beyond belief!  I can only imagine it has something to do with the fact that this one has a real antenna.  Pull it up when you're using it, push it down when you're not.  The volume is awesome, it can get very loud and when you're charging it or listening to the radio, the bottom of the thing changes colors, it's really cool!!  The only thing that would make it cooler is if the colors changed and bounced to the beat of the music.

A few other things I want to add... to me the instructions (that there are) make little to no sense, so I am trying to figure this thing out on my own.  I also expected a blue speaker like in the pictures, the one I received is silver (I'm actually glad about this!!).  Setting aside all the little grievances I have about it taking so long, the box it was in being damaged, the not so good instructions, etc...I love this powerful little thing and can't wait for summer to take it outside and sit and listen to the radio!!  This is an outstanding item and I'd recommend it to everyone!!  Just make sure you order it like two months in advance, just to be sure you get it in time.  #RankBoosterReview  #Sponsored  #Gogil  https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0773VQPY7/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
