NO MORE BLISTERED HEELS

~ What ~
This set includes 8 pieces of padded inserts to put into women’s shoes to protect the heels from causing blisters. Measuring 3.35 inches at their widest point and 5.31 inches long, they are slightly padded with adhesive backings so they stay put in the shoes. They come in black or nude colors. Directions are not included.

~ Why ~
Having a pair of cute black flat shoes, I cannot wear them as every time I do, I get blisters on the back of my heels. I like that these pads are to be placed in the shoes, so I do not have to wear band-aids that slide and bunch up on my heels.

~ Why Not ~

Those who do not like inserts in the shoe may opt for the tape type that is applied to the skin, but those have to be discarded after one use (and they can be painful removing). Others may not like how thick the padding is as they do raise the foot slightly, possibly causing the foot to fit more tightly in the shoe. I am unsure if only one pad can be used in one shoe that causes blisters, so it may cause me to walk lopsided.

~ Wish ~
I wish other color options were available. My concern is that my flats feel tighter, and I do not know if the insert will be able to be removed after several months of wear. I wonder if they can be inserted in men’s shoes too.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a set of 4 pairs of heel inserts to put in your shoes, this is a viable option that may work just as well as other similar products on the market.
