No more trapped mold

I bought smaller ones as well and I am so very happy with my purchase. 10 inch spatulas are my favorite when it comes to cooking and smaller ones perfect for baking. I have Teflon coated pots and pans and I’ve learned with time and gotten used to using silicone spatulas instead of metal and wooden spoons to prevent cookware from getting scratched. I’ve also discovered a horrifying health hazard 2 piece spatulas can hide. All the spatulas I’ve ever gotten were made of 2 pieces: plastic handle and silicone bottom. To be honest never seen any silicone one piece spatulas but seen plenty of plastic ones. So when I saw these I was very eager to get them.

While ago I found trapped mold in few of my spatulas when I accidentally pulled one of them making handle separate from the bottom. It’s needless to say I tossed them immediately and stocked up with new ones. After every use I had to separate them and clean throughly and make sure it’s complete dry before putting them together. Things still were getting out of my hands/control when my husband was dooig dishes since he didn’t bother separating them for cleaning. I still had to replace my spatulas once in a while since silicone opening for handle would eventually loosen up and wouldn’t hold in place and now with these spatulas I can chill and not worry about mold and whether my husband cleans them well or not and having to replace them so often.
