The bulbs are great. Easy to set up. If you are not familiar with technology then i guess that is why people may find it difficult. But the instructions are very easy to follow.
Love using them!
Only issue is trying to remember not to use the switch to turn them off as they then go offline. You have to use yiu phone unless you have alexa etc
