Great Bargain, Quality Plastic and Pump

I want to first state that we since gone back for a second set for our three kiddos at home,but these were great for my first purchase as well!

The main reason I love these balls for group exercises or activities. I use them in addictions education or mental health wellness groups. I will write a stressor on each space and throw the ball around group, safely, and the space that your thumb is on, you have to come up with an action plan to combat that stressor that could possibly make you relapse, or trigger a mental health symptom. Great exercise.
