What an amazing brush this it! My oldest daughter has always had trouble brushing her hair and is very tender headed. This brush goes through her hair without pulling any out. I believe this is why it is painless to use this brush. The bristles are very long and can accommodate thick curly hair or thin straight hair. Not the easiest brush to get hair up in a ponytail but is the best brush to get out the tangles.
