~ What ~
Made of mainly plastic, this weather-proof 96 LED black torch is solar powered so can shine up to 10 hours in the summer and 6 hours in the winter, taking about 7 to 10 hours of sunshine to charge. When fully assembled, it measures 30.6 inches tall. It comes with a built-in 2200mAh lithium battery, ground spike, and stake. Instructions are included.

~ Why ~
I like that no extra batteries or electricity are required for this pretty torch as it is solar powered. It illuminates an orange-reddish glow that flickers. The best feature is how the carved siding looks and stands out, especially when it has a realistic flickering candle glow. We put in by our backyard pond, and it reflects off the water nicely.

~ Why Not ~
Since I live in the Pacific Northwest, we do not get full sunshine throughout the day, so some may be concerned the product will not fully charge. However, since daylight lasts longer in the summer, there are benefits living here. Others may not like that it is made of ABS plastic so may crack or break over time; it is recommended to wipe its solar top often.

~ Wish ~
I wish the online photos were more accurate as the entire unit is approximately 30 inches tall yet the picture at the beach makes the torch look well over 4 feet tall.

~ Want ~
