  I got this thinking it would be a perfect night light kind of situation. You can definitely use it on a bright light setting and use it for readying books like I have been, but it works great and is fun to use. There is way beyond enough color options, and you can even change the speed of the color changing. I prefer the smooth setting, so it doesn't just seem like strobing lights. The stand was interesting to put together, easy to put together, but it just threw me off with the way that it sit. The moon is bigger then I was expecting, so that was cool. I figure it would just fit in my hand, but it actually is a decent size. The way it feels is different, but fun to just rub your hand across the top. It also has a flat bottom, so it can sit down flat without having to worry about it rolling away. It would be a fun gift for people with kids too. It is perfect for a nightlight in their room. Just might have to hid the clicker, so they don't mess with it during the night.
