~ What ~
Made of an unstated material with carbon fiber, this set includes 2 small black pockets for car key fobs that will block others from stealing relaying signals of keyless automobile ignitions. When closed, its dimensions are approximately 3 by 5 by 0.5-inches. Available in only black with solid or herringbone design front cover options, each bag has a protective slot for the key fob with a small front RFID pocket to hold cash or a few credit cards. Instructions are included, but verification of RFID is not.
~ Why ~
With my husband and I both having keyless entry cars, this 2-pack is easy to use while keeping thieves from entering your vehicle and stealing it. I like that there is a flap with Velcro to close the bag, so the fob and small inner pocket’s contents do not fall out and there is a toggle clasp on its back. It helps the section for identification and credit cards have the blocking coverage.
~ Why Not ~
There is no way to verify the blocking works unless one tests it going through airport security. Some may not like how large it is, especially when added to a keychain. It states on the paperwork that it can fit a mobile phone, but I doubt a regular-sized smartphone would fit as it would be too big.
~ Wish ~
I wish there were more color options than black and that its material was stated online. It would be ideal if this product was smaller as it is bulky. Although it fit one of my key fobs, you can see from the photo that it could not hold 2 fobs plus my keys.
~ Want ~
If you are looking for a way to protect your cars, these 2 protective fob holders are a good option for its reasonable cost.
Thanks to Kuject Faraday for this discounted product that I am under no obligation to review.
