Wanted these to work but...

We really wanted these to work and were excited about trying them out but unfortunately we were unable to get the lenses to unscrew and come apart like they were supposed to. I spoke with a representative from the company who mentioned that they are actually threaded the opposite of what one would typically expect them to be so instead of right = tight left = loose these should have been threaded so that turning them right should have loosened them and vice versa but even after speaking trying her advice we were not able to get them to separate. My boyfriend and I both tried many times. He even tried using tools to separate them but unfortunately we were not able to get them to unscrew and couldn't use them. I am giving them 3 stars for the excellent customer support, I can really vouch for the product one way or the other at this point since we can't actually use them.
