Lightweight, compact, comfy!

With all of the camping my boys do in Boy Scouts, my youngest always complains about not having  a pillow, but hates the bulkier ones that I have found. I told him I would watch for a smaller camping pillow for him and decided to give this one a try. I figured it was smaller, so he would be able to easily add this in to his pack without having to worry about it taking up too much room or adding a lot of weight.   The package came quickly, being Amazon Prime, and was well branded. There weren't really instructions telling you how to use it but it is simple enough to figure out. It is a small inflatable pillow, folded up inside a drawstring bag that is super lightweight and compact. I was impressed with how small it is and how light. It weighs almost nothing - perfect for  hikers!   The pillow itself has a nice finish on it. Another pillow I have is just plastic, so uncomfortable to sleep on because it gets so cold. This has a nice outer finish that is softer to the touch, almost velvety. It has a large hole to inflate it with, and a large cap that is attached to the pillow so that you do not lose it. It isn't like other inflatables that you have to squeeze with your mouth to inflate. This one you simply put your mouth to it and blow into the space. It has a stopper that prevents air from escaping and keeps it inflated when the cap is not on. To deflate, simply depress the stopper with a finger and let the air out. It takes no time at all to inflate or deflate, and works great. The pillow was actually larger than I expected, giving you more space to sleep than other inflatable pillows, which is great.   My son easily inflated the pillow and demonstrated how it works for me (as seen in the pictures). I wanted to be sure HE could do it, not mom, since mom is not present during campouts. He had absolutely no trouble inflating it, using it, or deflating it and putting it back in the provided pouch. This is perfect for our camping needs and he will be able to use it again and again with no trouble.   If you camp, hike, or have kids who are in Scouts, this is an excellent inflatable pillow to consider adding to your gear.
