Great Grinder

 

My husband brought home a bag of coffee beans someone gave him at work not long ago and they smelled amazing. But we had no grinder to do anything with them, so they sat in the cabinet until we took them to somewhere that had a grinder we could use. By that point they had lost some of the potency so we decided that though we don't drink a lot of coffee and never buy coffee beans, we would never go without having a grinder on hand again. When I saw this one I knew I needed to get it.   It is a simple grinder. Nothing fancy. It comes in pieces so you have to put it all together yourself, but it is easy to figure out. I didn't even look at the instructions to figure it out. And luckily I did still have some coffee beans I was able to test it out with and it was easy to use with quick grinding mechanism. I was pleased with the size of the grounds we got and they fell through to the well in the bottom for easy collection and pouring into the machine.   It is made of stainless steel, so is easy to clean up after using it, and the pieces all come apart easily enough so that you can store it without having the handle sticking out and getting in the way. I keep it in one of our drawers with our other coffee items (scoops, brushes, filters, etc.).   I am pleased with the ease of use and functionality so far. We shall see how it goes in the long run, but for the little I have done with it, it has worked fine.
