This hot water bag is fantastic! I get awful lower back pain and hugging this or placing it on my my back has helped tramendously. The cover feels like a cozy sweater and the she'll detail is adorable. The bladder of the hot water bag is extremely durable and thick. It's advertised as staying hot for 6 hours, but I filled it up before bed and it was still warm in the morning when I woke up!
