Work great for easy access

I have used hooks similar to this in my car in the past, but was never really happy with how they hung or how things hung from them. The other hooks I had were the types that stuck straight out from the headrest, so you had to remember to turn them when you were getting in or weren't using them so that they didn't poke you. I thought maybe these hooks might work better for us. I like the fact that these hang down more instead of sticking out, so they don't get in the way as much. And they allow things to actually hang down the back of the seat rather than straight down over the floor. I currently only have one set of hooks on the back of the headrest directly in front of the carseat so that Little Miss can easily access her bag when we are in the car. I take a small toddler sized backpack or purse backpack with us now when we go out instead of an actual diaper bag, so it is light enough with its small wipes package, one or two diapers, and a sippee cup and/or snack. She will often put a book or small drawing tablet in it so that she has something to do, and it is nice to know she can reach out and grab it herself when she wants something rather than us having to put it on the seat next to her or reach in to the floor to pick it up and get things out. She loves it because she is independent and has instant gratification rather than waiting on someone to cater to her. The  hooks are made of stainless steel, so look nicer than the cheapy plastic ones I had before. They slide around the bars for your headrest easily and stay put without shifting or moving around. The ends have small plastic nubs on them so you don't scratch yourself or poke yourself, but even if they nubs fall off, the ends turn down a little so you should still be protected. These can easily be used with a purse, backpack, or groceries. They are strong enough that they can hold quite a bit of weight without bending or stretching. I am much happier with these hooks than any of the others I have used. Definitely a great purchase for our car.
