It charts your actual sleep quality so you can make adjustments so you get better sleep. The tracker will give you SMS and phone call alerts, so you don't miss a call. It has a waterproof class of IP67. It is easy to charge simply detaching the band with the USB and plugging it into a power adaptor, power bank or into your computer. With a full charge, it will not need to be recharged for about 7-10 days.
The app support above IOS 8.0 and Android 4.4 and above with Bluetooth 4.0 and above smartphones.
