Great item

purchased this after setting up a business working at home after a very active job ... I work out as well but want my muscles to have a top up and something like this is perfect for me as I can lay down or walk around (a little bit) whilst working and getting a ‘workout’ 

I’ve had a similar product to this before but desperately wanted this one because it has pads for arms/legs which was an especially troublesome area for me 

easy to apply after removing plastic from gel pads... use after charging via usb and you’re good to go... I started off on the lowest setting as by thinking you’ll go straight in with the big guns hurts ... it’s something that aiming to use daily... pads are easily trustable as long as they stay clean and you replace the plastic cover... I don’t use them with body creams etc so as to prolong their life 

after a few weeks use i cam notice a slight difference so cam confirm it works...would recommend
