These scissors are multi functional and can be used to cut food like fruit,vegetables,garlic,ginger,meat etc.They are also a can opener,herb scissor,vegetable peeler,screw driver,bottle opener and nut cracker.There is a magnetic case which comes with the scissors so I have hung them on my fridge so they are easy to find and use straight away.They are made from stainless steel and easy to clean.I didnt know they come apart i found out by accident but its so much easier to clean.They are able to go in the dishwasher which is a benefit for me.They come in a lovely green colour which give a nice added colour to your kitchen.worth purchasing.
