I have been using, so far, one strap fitted around the suitcase and since I lost 2 already, I thought the idea of having cross luggage straps might provide more security to the luggage and make it more difficult for the straps to slide off. This travel bundle comes with 2 adjustable cross luggage straps
each having a three-digit code on the buckle.
The length of the straps can be adjusted.
The two tags are made of soft plastic with vivid images on one side.
One can write the name and address on the back of the tags. These tags are fastened to the luggage with a plastic strap in the same colour as the tag. These tags are rather big, being a way to identify the suitcase. The travel kit provides two locks with code, one in blue and one in pink to fit with the colours of the tags.
There are clear instructions on how to change the code on the locks on the plastic bags they come packed in. The combination lock for both the locks and the buckles of the straps is 000. Inside the buckles of the straps, there is a setting button that can be pushed with a pen to change the code. It is easy to do this. Just turn the combination code to the original 000, press the button and change the numbers, remembering the new set code. The travel bundle is useful to keep luggage safe and easy to recognise,
however, there are two downsides to it:
The locks are not very sturdy and the instructions are only in Chinese which makes fitting the luggage strap a bit difficult to figure out, and also time-consuming.
However, the concept is good and I am looking forward to being able to use this travel bundle on my next holiday.
