My little one has her two bottom front teeth and the top two should be making their debut very soon. So far these have held up nicely. They're easy for her to hold. I wasn't too keen on the necklace part so I removed it and put on a pacifier clip with silicone beads. I would recommend these to anyone with teething babies.
