so i bought this becuz of the huge charcoal craze going on and im a smoker and was hoping to get some help with my teeth.. the directions that came with this product were not for this product to be honest the directions on the box were wrong also .. how to open the gel to go on the teeth whitener no idea how to open it becuz the directions tell you something different .. and no i still havent figured out how to open them.. the directions tell you to use the charcoal gel then after rinsing you are to use another gel well guess what the other gel is not even included.. how in gods name you going to give directions to the wrong product.. i mean they are directions to a whitening system just not the one i bought.. so to say no i have not used this item yet .. not sure if im going to .. i dont trust this company now so for me to put some thing in my mouth from them i dont think ill be doing that .. dont waste your money on this product
