EXTRA-LARGE REVERSIBLE CHOPPING BOARD

~ What ~
Made of durable Polypropylene, this extra-large cutting board measures 17.4 by 11.8 inches. Reversible, one side is smooth and flat while the opposite side has deep juice grooves. A small 3-inch oval cut out is on one end to be used as a handle. The board is antibacterial, BPA-free, FDA approved, and dishwasher safe. It arrives wrapped in cellophane with a cover sleeve and instructions.

~ Why ~
I got this for a wedding present so did not unwrap the cellophane. I like the large size of this board and that it can be put in the dishwasher. I compared it to my bamboo board, and it is bigger with the juice grooves being about the same depth. I also lined it up to my plastic board, and this one was huge in comparison plus thicker. Another plus is the one has insulation so can be put in the oven, microwave, and freezer. In inspecting it, it seems the short edges have a little lip that keeps it from slipping.

~ Why Not ~
Those who do not cook or make many meals in the kitchen may not need this product. Others may think it is too large, but it can hold quite a bit of items on it without them falling off (which is why I no longer use my plastic one).

~ Wish ~
While the large board is only available in orange, there are also sets of 3 in green or red with white. I wish more color options were available.

If you are looking for an extra-large, sturdy plastic food board, this is a keeper.
