I just love this small manual food chopper by LOVKITCHEN. This is easy to use and easy to clean. The very sharp blade that is in the inside of the bowl is dishwasher safe and so is the bowl. I would wipe clean the lid with the mechanical parts inside. There isn't any batteries for this and it doesn't plug in making this great to use anywhere. This is perfect for so many different food items. I love this for home made salsa, it does wonders to the onions, jalapenos, garlic and... tomatoes. After your done you can just eat it right from the bowl. After you put you items inside you just lock the bowl and pull the string until you get the consistency you are looking for.
