Great for on the go!

I already own a big version of this which is a hard foam roller-which I love. When I found this little guy I knew what it would be capable of, and how much could help my neck and my shoulders after a long day. I was excited when it arrived, and certainly not disappointed!

With this ball you have to remember to start of easy. Some people get turned off because they use it too hard and feel that it is too painful for everyday use. Yes, you are going to be alittle sore when you first use it, it is releasing all of those tight muscles. Keep with it and you will love it as much as I love mine!

Another benefit that I love is the size! It would be easy to take on trips and benficial after a long car or plane ride. I wish I had found it sooner!
