These bands are great. Product came very simply packed, but everything was in great condition inside the carrying case included for easy transportation. All 5 different colored bands have a different level of resistance, which is also marked on the band itself. Level of resistance can also be seen by different thickness. I’m at begginers stage and band seems pretty durable.
Also, 5 stars to the seller, which sent a thank you email with 2 free ebooks with some exercise circuits.
Overall, great product.
