Great little rings. I use them as toe rings. I twisted my ankle a couple of months back and the emergency room cut off my silver rings:( No more worries about having to have rings cut off in an emergency. Super sturdy, haven't had any problems with them in shoes or sandals.  Would work well for men and women.
