Good pliers for mechanic and DIY

Very nice pliers with a unique design. Adjustable by pressing a button and locks in place for a sure no slip grip. Soft grip handle for comfort and they appear to be sturdy. The only reason I rank it a 4**** star is because they are only 9 1/2" not 10" as advertised. I reported it to the seller and they did some digging into my concern. They replied to me that the manufacturer says they are in ISO standard and are the same if bought anywhere. Saying all are 1/2" short. I disagree with that statement. They are a good pliers just sounds wrong to me being shorter than advertised. It's my impression that the seller will continue selling them as 10" and not correct their advertised length to reflect the actual size. So if size don't matter then no problem. I've always been under the impression that size does matter. ????
