I have suffered back pain for most of my adult life and tried numerous OTC medications as well as therapy never getting the relief that a pain pill gives. Thats not really the answer i want at 35 years old and thus trying any and everything i can thats non narcotic or potentially causing long term health problems, i ordered these. I have read tons of information on the benefits and was hopeful these may help. Firstly these worked great to relax and help me sleep which is something else I struggle with due to back pain. Secondly they taste great, i could eat them like candy! Finally, although i dont get instant and total relief I definetly noticed they have helped. They mostly relieve the stiffness and soreness which is better than Ive got from any other Non-prescription so im pretty happy with them.
