This is a package containing two 100 watt ceramic heating elements. They have standard E26 lightbulb bases. They are black and glow but pu out only heat, not light. We use these to take the chill out of the air in our pet house. We originally used 500 watt heat lamps in reflector bases, but these 100 watt heaters seem to do a decent job and save quite a bit on electric bill.
