I have been looking at buying a diamond painting kit for a couple of months now. This is the first one I have purchased and tried, so I have nothing to compare it too. 

My first impressions were much better than I was expecting. You receive the picture, allllll of the 'diamonds', a tool for picking up the diamonds, some sticky stuff that goes on the end of the tool which the diamonds stick to. You even get a little tray to pour all of the diamonds onto. I also received a bookmark to make in the same way by sticking on the 'diamonds'

So far I have only made the bookmark. I thought it would only take me 5 mins, but it took me over 45 mins! It is a lot more time consuming than you first think. The finished product looks good, better than I had expected.

My only criticism I have, which is a very minor one, is that you have to peel the cover off, revealing all of the sticky surface. Which when doing on the large picture, I imagine it will be less sticky by the time you almost complete it, as stuff sticks to it that shouldnt (dust, hair, hands etc)

I cant wait to make a start on the large picture
