Cute but small and tight

This is a pretty bracelet with lots of stretch and plenty of sparkle. But it is a bit too tight for my liking. It looked absolutely tiny when I took it out of the package, but it stretches and fits over my hand to sit on my wrist fine. I just don't like when a bracelet is skin tight on me. I prefer something that hangs slightly and moves. This does not move. I think I may give it to my niece instead.
