Didn't fit so no clue if it works

The boys' Xbox One is getting older and has started overheating. I wanted this fan to help them cool it down some and to allow them to play longer (the darned thing stays on all day when they are home because they use it for watching tv and movies as well as playing games with their friends). I don't REALLY want to invest in a new Xbox for them for Christmas so hoped this would work for them. But we had absolutely NO luck getting it to work. It plugs in on the back of your Xbox One in one of the USB ports. But we couldn't get it to fit in the ports. We tried different ports and even tried it on one of our power banks and it would not fit anything.
