Sturdy and strong

I am impressed by the high quality of this scissors set. The metal that the blades on the kitchen shears are made of is quite thick. They are also very sharp, so use them carefully! Both scissors have a rubber cushioned grip. They feel sturdy and strong, like they will probably last a long time. I would recommend washing them both well with soap and water before using on food products, as there was a bit of oil on the blades (I’m sure this is normal as they are brand new from the factory.)

The herb scissors do a great job of shredding herbs, and save me time when using them to prepare meals. They can also be used for fringing paper as well if you like paper crafts. This set would make a great gift or as an addition to your own kitchen tools
