When we rotate our tires or mount winter wheels on our General Motors vehicles equipped with TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system), we always have had to take the vehicle to the tire store where they had a 'magic' TPMS relearning tool. And, of course, they charged us for 15 minutes of labor to relearn the position of the wheels. Well, no more!!! Now we have our own tool, and it works great.

For less than our tire store charges for one relearning, we now have our own tool and it works great! We have 4 GM vehicles (2 Acadias, a Camaro, and a Sierra SLE) and it works great on all of them. Though it did not come with any instructions, it was very easy to learn how to complete the procedure by reading instructions at bottom of the listing and watching a couple of Youtube's showing how to do it. The device requires a square 9V battery (like those used in smoke detectors), not included.

Note: this model is only for GM vehicles, there are other models designed for Ford, etc
