Not as great as expected

First of all, these face cleaning pads are very big compared to a normal sized cotton round. They are also extremely soft. Once I got it wet, it reminds me of a microfiber towel. It was very thin. I was expecting something much thicker and easier to hold.

Also, they do not remove makeup with only water. I had normal mascara on, not waterproof, and all it did was smear it onto my face. I used some of my curology face wash because it is gentle and I knew it wouldn't burn my eyeballs out. Once I added the face wash, they did work very well for removing my mascara. But a normal towel would also do the trick. 

All in all, I got these because they claim to remove makeup with water only, and ended up being disappointed. 

They are however, very soft, big and come in handy mesh bag that's great for using to wash the cleaning pads.
