I have only been using this for 2 days now so I don't have much of a review for a item that takes time to actually give a detailed review for. But let us start from the beginning.
First there is a lot of shaking going on with this product. You need to shake it each time before you take it.
Plus it needs to be kept in the fridge.
Plus there is a smell from the product not a bad smell for some but for others that don't like taking pills or liquids with a smell this might not be what there looking for.
This product is to help supress the appetite. Personally for me someone that over snacks way to much this will help with that and building better habits for less snacking.
I don't mind the taste to much but having to hold it under your tongue for 10 seconds might be a bit hard for someone not used to doing things like that. But once you do something enough it becomes more like a second nature.
