This massage gun is useful for my wife's weekly leg and foot therapy. She injured her right foot metatarsals while at work and she's undergoing physical therapy to fully restore her normal walking after almost 4 months of not being able to walk. Her right leg and foot were so stiff at that point so she really needs help from a physical therapist. We are thankful the doctor did not recommend surgery. The massage gun has plenty of power from a 24 V rechargeable battery with up to 30 different speeds to choose from and with 11 massage head attachments each designed for a specific body region. I recommend reading the manual before you start to use the device and avoid massaging the bony areas.
