I have never understood the design of these types of earbuds but figured I would give them a try and see how it worked out. It is a neckband that fits loosely around your neck and then has earbuds attached to it with wires. The entire thing is lightweight and you don't really feel them sitting on your neck, though to me it was still annoying (If I am going to use earbuds I will use ones that go in my ears and have wires down to the device or wireless ones that simply loop around behind my head, not something that dangles down and tickles my neck where it sits). It is bluetooth, so it has to be charged regularly but comes with the charging cables you need so shouldn't be a problem. It is easy to pair and I had no trouble connecting it to my phone. Later when my son tried pairing it up he was able to do so without me disconnecting mine first. I did not try to play music with mine while he was connected though, so am assuming it automatically deactivated my connection when he made his pairing. As with any earbuds, the ends have the silicone rubbery tips on them that you can replace with others. They always irritate my ears and make them sore, so I prefer not to use earbuds at all. But my husband and boys all use earbuds nonstop so I am constantly looking for more. So far no one has claimed this set for themselves, though. They prefer the wired ones, while my husband has bone conducting earphones that he uses. But they have a decent sound quality and the controls on the neckband are easy to operate. Not a bad set of earbuds overall if you like the neckband style.
