I like the smell of oils and put them in my difusser that I keep in the kitchen and in my bedroom/bathroom. Instead of using some type of chemical room spray, I get the soothing calming smell of oils in the air. I also put a few drops of eucalyptus oil in my shower and plug the drain while I take a warm shower if my nose is stuffy. I use peppermint the same way if I have a stress headache. I just like the smell of the orange and Lemongrass in general and will just put a few drops around the house when company is coming over. Tea Tree is good for healing.
