AWESOME Quality!!

Finally opened these this morning! I am absolutely impressed with the quality. I tried them out when I opened them and my boyfriend worked out with them this evening. The texture of the bands allows  them to grip a number or textures (like skin:)). 

Not only are they perfect for a workout, but they also  worked better than anything I've ever used strap wise in the bedroom. For example, you can take one band and clip the ends together, put one leg into it, and hook it over your shoulder. Repeat for the other side. Viola! You don't have to hold your legs. Because they are 'resisistant' bands and not straps allowed for MUCH better movements. 

 I definitely recommend these to anyone. They can be used for so many activities!
