A friend recommended me to take krill oil to lessen pain and inflammation. I've decided to add a Krill oil to my daily supplements list. I've read that omega-3 is beneficial for heart and brain health, including boosting immune system and healthy complexion. I've noticed that I have slightly less pain (and maybe inflammation) related to my joints. I'd read that krill oil may reduce inflammation, therefore lessening joint pain. Krill oil is so good for me so I like to incorporate this in my daily routine. I also like the packaging and that is is made in usa.
