This is an awesome backpack. There are pockets galore, durable two-way zippers, sturdy buckles, and sinch ties. It's so light weight, only 2.8 pounds. There's a small zipper bag at the belt that's designed to be released easily. You can attach a bed roll, walking poles, and a rolled up tent to the side straps. It's very durable and water proof. 60+5L capacity with the top external cover. It comes with an emergency whistle on the Sternum strap. It offers comfort and support with breathable, molded foam back panels, adjustable shoulder straps, an adjustable chest strap, and an adjustable sternum strap. The waist strap offers more comfort by distributing and transferring much of the weight to the hips and legs. The top of the pack closes with a sinch that clamps and stay closed, you pull the "hood" over it and it's 100% water proof. There's a shoe compartment in the front so you don't get your dirty shoes on anything in the bag.
