Oh wow, I'm not quite sure if I can adequately describe what a difference this makes when cooking steaks on the grill, but it seasons meat so evenly and perfectly, while providing a clean cooking surface. It actually DID make a pretty significant difference to the grilling experience.
Protip; Pat your meat completely dry. The water on meat prevents seasoning from penetrating. I used a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking and it was spectacular. It's also a great conversation starter when you're grilling with friends!
