Mom first tried it, and now I’m trying it. Slight Awkward smell, so stick it to the bottom of your feet over night and it turns black. Don’t know if it really helps but I find both my foot are much lighter, and it seems I’m more relaxed and sleeping better.
If you forgot that you have these under your feet, the mess in the morning is a pain.
I’d buy more! Thanks!!
update: regarding the mess, I’m guessing it’s the detox, caus mom, sister, brother and myself tried it. In the morning, my sister’s patches were fine. She was able to get up, out of bed, and walk around with them on. Whereas the three of us, we had to remove them prior to standing up, my brother had some black liquid type overflow onto his sheets.
all in all, all positive feedback from them.
