This is an excellent kit to help deal with acne and zits. It comes with everything needed. Usually, I use a dot band-aide but it looks pretty bad, but with this kit, I simply wash my zit with soap and dry it, then lance it gently. Wash first so you aren't getting your zit infected. Then place the acne patch over the zit to keep it free from contamination and let it heal. Keep your hands OFF your face or where the zit is because your hands touch everything and can make it worse if you bother your acne. The patch helps decrease the length of time to heal and it is waterproof and breathable. I wish I had found these years ago!
