A copper non-stick frying pan with standalone lid for healthy cooking

This is the first time I am using a copper frying pan. I have heard good things about this type of kitchen utensils and I wanted to try to see for myself. This frying pan from DecoExpress has a non-stick surface inside and outside hence it cooks wonderfully without getting food stuck to its bottom and without the need to add oil, butter or margarine. This frying non sticky pan is a good tool to use for healthy cooking. The frying pan looks original and modern having an inside stone effect coating which is scratch resistant. Being made of copper with higher conductivity this frying pan cooks faster and the heating is evenly distributed.  This frying pan is solid and long-lasting. It can be used with any heating source. Its handle is made of heat resistant Bakelite with a wooden effect. The pan is covered with a free standing modern designed lid made of heat resistant glass. Cooking with the lid on will retain the moisture and flavour to the food. This free-standing lid saves also space. Its handle is also made of heat resistant Bakelite with a wooden effect. Before using the frying pan, the handle needs to be fixed to the lid using the 2 screws, 2 silicon and 2 metal washers provided.  I am happy with this purchase which I definitely recommend.
