Not to bad for the sealing part but the cutter was broken when I receive it

I just received this today in the mail. I just opened it a few minutes ago gave it a few minutes to charge and then I tried to close a bag of chips. And the bag ad a lot of overhangs so I wanted to cut it off I opened the cutter that is hidden under the lid it turns out from the lid. And the darn "BLADE" falls out into my hand the little piece of plastic that holds it in was not even on it. It was either broken or just not attached in the first place. I purchased this to seal bags for chips and such. I didn't really need the cutter. But come on at least make sure it is attached or just send an extra little thing to open the bags or to cut off the extra. Don't have it built-in if the item can't handle it.
The sealer kind of burns the bag from end to end so that would kind of work as a cutter. But the actual cutter is pointless. Other then that a good item just watch your fingers when opening the box.
