Nail Art Plate

The designs on this plate are very nice and detailed. There are 4 plates and the title states that it is a kit but is is not.  It is only the plates and you will need a stamp to actually use these designs on your nails.  I bought this thinking that the stamp would actually come with it but it did not.  If you buy it and read every last detail which probably tells you that it is only the plates then you will see. It is not much I can say about this item or review due to the fact that I cannot use it.  However if you have a stamper for it by all means purchase it, it is will be worth it for you.
